About Sifu Bryan Knack

bryanI have been steadily involved in the martial arts since 1971. Inducted into the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2007 for Chinese Martial Arts Master of the Year, and then again in 2008 for International Sifu of the Year.

I have been trained, and continue to train with Grandmasters and Masters from China, and work with others in the U.S. and Canada as well. I hope to always be a student.

Seeing people improve in areas of their health, spirit, and confidence has been the inspiration that keeps me sharing Tai Chi and QiGong for the last many years.

The study of Taiji and QiGong are practices in mindfulness of one's body, breath, and awareness. Learning to relax through change and movement and go with the flow of movement is the skill of Taijiquan, but also the skill of life. Come in and try a complimentary class to see how you like it.
