These are discounts offered to first time students only to help them get started! Please choose from one of the following options: (one time only).

(To better evaluate your needs, new students must take one private lesson and receive permission from an instructor before enrolling in a group class. This policy ensures the safety of our students. We reserve the right to deny permission into group classes if we believe that injuries and other conditions could be problematic).

Private Class Introduction Special: 6 Private Classes for $270.00!

This is a one-time discounted option designed to help you get started quickly! Private one-hour classes introduces you to STOTT PILATES® Five Basic Principles, includes a posture analysis. This workout is designed specifically for your needs, abilities and goals. Learn how to correctly and safely build core strength and flexibility.

Group Reformer Introduction Special: $130.00!

Designed for new students with no previous pilates experience! Includes one private initial session and five group reformer classes.

Group Reformer Plus Introduction Special: $130.00!

Designed for new students with no previous pilates experience! Includes one private initial session and five group reformer classes.

Group Mat Introduction Special: $105.00!

Designed for new students with no previous pilates experience! Includes one private initial session and five group mat classes.

QuickStart Classes Special: $130.00!

Designed for new students with no previous pilates experience. This 5 week Group Mat program meeting twice a week, happens once a quarter. Students taking the Quickstarts are not required to take the initial private lesson, which is normally required. Students will apply pilates principles while gaining core strength in a fun, supportive atmosphere. Props such as bands, rings, weighted balls, balls and bosues will be used to challenge and keep the workout interesting. New exercises will be introduced as the class progresses. (Quickstarts are not appropriate for anyone that has an injury or chronic condition). Please inquire for when the next Quickstart session will begin.
